These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Falcon Aisle online store and to any order you place with us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the product at the price shown. An order is accepted only after we confirm it with you by phone. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if the product is unavailable, the address cannot be served, or the order details cannot be confirmed.

2. Prices and payment Prices are shown in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Payment is made in cash on delivery. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Product information We try to show products and their descriptions as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly from the photos depending on your screen.

4. Delivery Delivery is handled by our courier partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Refusing a confirmed order Because every order is confirmed with you by phone before shipping, we ask that you only confirm orders you intend to receive. Repeatedly refusing confirmed orders may result in future orders not being accepted.

6. Returns and damaged items If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will help you.

7. Your information We use your information only to process and deliver your order and to provide support, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order.
